-All purchases are final and non-refundable once services begin
-No guarantees or warranties are made regarding client results or revenue outcomes
-Rescheduling policies apply and are governed by the client agreement or session guidelines
4. White-Labeled Technology Platforms
For clients using our white-labeled SaaS or software platforms:
-Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and are non-refundable after activation
-Platform access and features are provided "as-is" and "as-available"No implied warranties exist beyond the stated features of the tool
-Support will be provided either directly or via our white-label partner’s support portal
-If your service is interrupted for more than 5 consecutive business days due to system errors under our control, you may request credit or a service extension at our discretion.
5. Physical or Dropshipped Products
We offer a limited satisfaction commitment on select physical products sold and fulfilled through third-party dropshipping partners.
-Defective, incorrect, or damaged items may be eligible for a replacement or store credit
-You must notify us within 5 calendar days of receipt, including photographic evidence
-We do not guarantee availability of replacement stock
-Shipping delays, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect sizing are not covered
Returns must be pre-authorized and completed within 14 calendar days of approval.
